Girls Travel - Grades 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th & 7/8th

• This is a travel program. 
• Girls games will be on Saturdays or Sundays of each week, depending on age group
• Teams practice 2x week
• Travel players must reside in the Sterling sending district or in a town that does not offer SJYSL lacrosse programming.
• Anyone who plays competitive lacrosse must be a member of the US Lacrosse. This is a mandatory requirement by the league and your registration fee includes this membership.

Boys Travel - Grades 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th & 7/8th

• Games will be played on Friday or Saturdays of each week, depending on age group
• PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT THIS LEVEL
• Unlike soccer, boys and girls lacrosse are played very differently, with different equipment, rules, positions, and frequently with different field sizes. Click here to view the equipment requiremnts for boys.
• Boys play physical games with a lot of contact and are required to wear protective gear.
• Anyone who plays competitive lacrosse must be a member of the US Lacrosse. This is a mandatory requirement by the league and your registration fee includes this membership.
